"Our family established Quick Solutions Ltd back in 2002 to provide nursing services throughout public and private hospitals, rest homes, community and homecare facilities for both the elderly and disability sectors. Our primary focus has been to provide an exceptional superior level of care service throughout the Canterbury Region. My experience as a Registered Nurse and former Dementia care manager has led me on this wonderful journey to a path of mixing my love for quality clothing with the creation of practical yet fashionable healthcare garments. My husband and I had previously established the luxury brand of Larelli men's shirts so it was a natural progression to expand our manufacturing into our known field of healthcare. We have an amazing team of designers which is headed by Jude Berryman. Jude has an extensive background in Nursing and has worked as a Registered Nurse for Quick Solutions since March 2003. She has also had a long standing passion and involvement in the apparel industry. Every day we are coming up with more amazing garment ideas which we know will improve someone's quality of life".

"I started my nursing training in Lower Hutt and worked in the Plastic / Burns Unit, Orthopaedics, Paediatrics, Coronary Care Unit, Neonatal Prem Unit and then into the community as a Practice Nurse in Wainuiomata. My awareness of the difficulty in dressing people who had a disability started back in late 1979 when I worked with stroke clients and paraplegics. Over the years I have sewn for individuals of various shapes and sizes with a range of problems who needed their clothing adapted to fit them. People don't come in ready made sizes, we all have our unique needs which need to be catered for whether someone is in the palliative stage of their life or having been injured in sport, work or recreation. The combined knowledge and experience of the Clothing Solutions team has meant that alot of garment solutions have been developed and designed to enable the individuals or carers an easier option to dressing clients, thus minimizing skin tears because their joints were no longer flexible or they had stoma bags and catheters which needed to be accessed but were also discreet and also provided the client with dignity. I have a passion for quality clothing appropriate to the individuals needs and I am proud to be part of the Clothing Solutions team which follows this philosophy".
