Welcome back to the gossip column.
Its been a few weeks since I put the last column out. A lot has been happening with solid orders and inquiry coming in from around the country and in particular Australia and America. Deborah and I would like to sincerely thank our existing and new customers that have supported Clothing Solutions during the Canterbury earthquakes. It has been difficult times and your support has made all the difference in continuing to build a stronger business.

This month is consumed by the events of the Canterbury Earthquake which has affected the majority of people here in Canterbury in one way or another.
Again, our sincere thoughts go out to everyone affected and particularly those who have lost a family member, relative or friend in the quake.
Earthquake Report - 24 February 2011
Our thoughts go out to everybody here in Canterbury affected by this week’s quake.
Deborah had a near miss as she was in the Ballantynes building at the time the quake hit. She eventually managed to flee the building unharmed and proceeded to get herself down to the inner city schools to find our children who were also unharmed. Our vehicle is still in the Lichfield Street Car Park so we still don’t know if the vehicle is intact or crushed.

Welcome back to the first gossip column for 2011.
We trust that you all had a safe and festive Christmas. The New Year has already kicked off to a great start for Clothing Solutions. Word is now starting to spread quite rapidly of our existence and accordingly we are increasingly fielding a substantial increase in inquiries and orders.
Deborah is looking forward to her display day with the Parkinson’s and MS Societies which is being held on Thursday 10th February in Christchurch.

Welcome to the final gossip column for the year. Christmas is almost upon us and the majority will be busy preparing yourselves for the holiday season.
Our garment manufacturing has now been closed off for the holidays and will recommence early January. We are continuing to receive orders which will be placed onto backorder and processed out in mid January 2011.

It’s been a bit of a catch-up fortnight for the Clothing Solutions team. We have been busy catching up on back orders and have implemented a manufacturing schedule to cope with the increase in Christmas orders. We recommend that you get your Christmas orders into us over the next 2 to 3 weeks to allow sufficient lead times for your garment to be manufactured and couriered out to be received in time for Christmas day.

We have been getting numerous requests for this product so shortly we will be introducing this product to our standard catalogue listings. It’s been a busy old fortnight for Clothing Solutions. Both Deborah and Donna have been out and about introducing themselves around various client facilities including Public and Private Hospitals, Rest Homes and Disability Care Facilities.
